I am overall content with the rings’ quality and service, but I made the mistake of ordering the incorrect size. When I asked regarding a return for a different size, the response was rapid–though unfortunately the costs of it were pricey, and so I opted to resize the rings myself. On the whole, I was satisfied with the product and the customer service, yet would’ve preferred an easier and cheaper manner to switch out the jewelry for a different size.
