Manufacturer’s Warranty is Free for Life

Our jewelry’s quality and craftsmanship are guaranteed. All Elleroses exquisite jewelry comes with a complimentary lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Because these pieces were not made by Elleroses, this warranty does not apply to our estate and vintage jewelry collection.

If your item has been damaged as a result of manufacture, please contact us so that we can inspect it. Before shipping your item to Elleroses for evaluation, a $50 deposit will be collected, which will cover the cost of shipping as well as an evaluation by our experienced jewelers to decide if the damage is warrantied. For all warrantied repairs, this cost is fully repaid. For all warrantied repairs, we also provide free shipping back to the consumer. Before work is done on repairs that are not covered by the lifetime guarantee, a charge will be offered to the customer for approval. The deposit will be applied to this repair if it is authorized. If the customer decides not to have the repair done, the deposit will be used to pay the cost of returning the item to the customer after it has been evaluated.

If a warranty fault is discovered, Elleroses will repair or replace the item at no cost to you.

The guarantee will be invalid if the repair or service is performed by someone other than Elleroses. Normal wear, hobbies, and trauma can all have an impact on fine jewelry. Because hands are actively utilized and subjected to daily pressure, this is especially true for rings. Wear and tear, gemstone loss, product loss, and theft are not covered by our manufacturing guarantee. Damage or loss caused by a failure to obtain the necessary repairs to preserve the integrity of the jewelry is also not covered.

The following are some instances of frequent jewelry difficulties that aren’t considered production flaws:

  • Chemicals, make-up, immersion in pools and hot tubs, or bathing cause precious metals to tarnish.
  • As a result of normal wear and tear, precious metals, particularly prongs, may require restoration treatment.
  • Due to ordinary wear or typical deterioration, prongs catch, wear out, or bend over time, allowing a gemstone to fall out.
  • The loss of a gemstone due to wear and tear or other types of damage.

For a fee, Elleroses offers extended service plans that address many common wear and tear issues. We also recommend that you keep separate jewelry insurance coverage to help cover major damage, loss, or theft. For additional information, please contact us at support@elle-roses.com.

Plan to Extend Protection

Adding an Extend Protection Plan to your order is a terrific way to ensure that your most valuable products are protected in the event of accidental damage, as well as having coverage beyond the manufacturer’s warranty. Extend’s program also includes free ring sizing (outside of our 60-day gratis resize period), rhodium plating, polishing, and other services and advantages. The length of your plan depends on your needs, and it can range from two years to lifelong coverage if you buy qualifying Elleroses items. Upgrade to Diamond for Life for Free

Elleroses is pleased to offer a complimentary natural diamond upgrade for life. Any loose diamond acquired from Elleroses, with the exception of lab-created diamonds, can be exchanged for a credit equal to the original purchase price towards a new diamond of at least 50% greater value. The diamond being improved must be accompanied by original documentation and in sellable condition in order to be qualified. Colored gemstones, settings, and jewelry, as well as lab-created diamonds, are not eligible for upgrades. Duty and tax paid on the original purchase are not included in the upgrade credit. Before any credit is given, all relevant customs and taxes will be applied to the full retail price of the new diamond. You can return the improved diamond for a precious metal credit if it can’t be placed in your original engagement ring setting, as assessed by Elleroses. We’ll recycle your gold or platinum jewelry and give you a credit for it based on current metal pricing. Elleroses’ Option for Temporary Setting

We provide a temporary mounting option if you are confident in your diamond selection but would like your partner to help choose the mounting. In this traditional 18K White Gold 2mm Comfort Fit solitaire engagement ring, we’ll set your diamond.

You and your fiance can return the temporary mounting and choose from our vast array of bespoke mountings within 60 days of your initial purchase. For the usage of the temporary mounting, a $75 refurbishing cost will be removed from the purchase price of the 18K White Gold 2mm Comfort Fit engagement ring. Policies Regarding Colored Gemstones

Elleroses is pleased to offer a large selection of unique loose colored gems. Elleroses can also set your gem in any of our standard ring settings that fit that shape. If you are not completely satisfied with your loose gem or colored gem set in one of our standard mountings for any reason, it is eligible for our 30 day return or exchange policy as long as it is in its original, unworn condition, with the exception of rings that have been resized, custom engraved, or previously exchanged.

Elleroses collects the applicable GST/PST/HST/VAT based on the country/province of shipment for orders shipped to Canada, the United Kingdom, or Australia. Orders shipped to Canada or Australia incur no additional duties. Elleroses collects the applicable duties for each order shipped to the United Kingdom. Order taxes and duties will be calculated using the rates in effect on the date your order ships.

Gift Certificate

A gift card from Elleroses is ideal for any occasion. Your gift card reference will be emailed to you.

 

After your payment is complete and your entire order is verified, you will receive an email with instructions on how to use the code. Enter your unique reference code in the “Gift Card or Promo Code” field of your shopping cart to redeem your gift card. Elleroses does not collect sales tax on gift card purchases. Customers are only permitted to purchase one gift card at a time. Gift cards cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash, or returned for a cash refund. Any unused gift card balance will be available for future purchases using the same gift certificate reference code. Elleroses is not liable for any lost or stolen gift cards.

Services for Engraving

Many of our rings and select necklaces/bracelets can be engraved with a personalized message on the interior of the ring for an additional $40. You can add a personalized message to your chosen wedding ring using our website. Please contact us for assistance with engagement rings. Please keep in mind that engraved rings cannot be returned, resized, or exchanged. Engraving may add 3 days to delivery time.

Engraving with a Laser

The majority of our diamonds have an identification number, such as the lab grading report number, and/or a unique symbol laser engraved on the girdle. Laser inscriptions can be seen with a 10x magnification loupe but not with the naked eye. Because they are an easy way to identify a diamond, these inscriptions provide peace of mind when purchasing a diamond. Please contact us to find out the precise laser engraving of your diamond.
