I am pleased I made the decision not to wear my birthstone since I like these earrings, particularly with short hair. They are delicate yet quite well built, so at first I did worry that the clasp might break. The stones appear genuine, and I appreciate that they are light on my lobes, so I’m pleased I didn’t base my decision just on the reviews. These are even more stunning in person; they are not huge, as the author said in the description; my husband adored them; they are elegant with my beach dress or for a night out. very recommended
